About
Hello! I’m Jessica Albers
MINISTRY STRATEGIST. SPEAKER. AUTHOR
Born and raised in the church, I am a sixth-generation professional church worker in the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. My family’s legacy reflects God’s generational faithfulness, and it is both my privilege and passion to continue serving the Lord through the work of His Church.
My education and experience uniquely equip me to help ministries operate with clarity and excellence. I was educated in Lutheran schools from kindergarten through post-graduate studies, with a strong academic focus on theology that grounded me deeply in the heart of ministry. Over the past 16 years, I have served in churches, schools, and international ministry across a variety of roles, giving me firsthand insight into how ministries function day to day.
Through my own experience, and listening closely to others in ministry, I began to notice a consistent gap in what I now call the business of the church: how ministry organizations actually operate. Many church workers are theologically trained but lack formation in organizational systems, while many administrators bring strong business backgrounds without ministry or theological context. While business principles matter, ministry is not simply a business, and treating it as such often creates friction and burnout.
This is where my work lives. I help ministries navigate the intersection of theology and organizational practice, bringing together strategy, structure, communication, and operations, to build systems that support the mission, honor the calling, and allow leaders to serve with confidence and excellence.
